Politics From a 13 Year Olds Perspective

Okay, I'm 13 years old, but I won't deny: I'm smart. So my topic is, politics. I have decided that no I am not old enough to vote, but I am still paying attention. Who will rule the government? Yes, I am a teenage Mormon girl and my opinion is: pay attention to the Book of Mormon, and we are better off. But NO. So here we go, McCain schools Obama. What throws me over the edge is (A.) Abortion and (B.) Taxes. Do not tell me I don't know what I am talking about, I will voice my opinion, and prove you are wrong, and I am sorry if what I'll say offends you, I will try to lay low and keep it sweet.



Obama plans to raise taxes for people that have worked harder, stayed in school, worked their way up; and is lowering it for highschool dropouts working at McDonalds at age 36. He plans to take our men out of war, and what does this do IT DESTROYS EVERYTHING WE HAVE WORKED FOR!!! That won't do much good. So here the election comes, just hours away from having a new president.

But if Obama wins WE ARE SCREWED... and I am going to miss yall, because I'm moving to Canada with the hot guys and mooses(:

Guess who is back? ME!! I have not posted for a while [because my brother is ALWAYS on.] Anyways my best guy friend since sixth grade (Gavin), replaced me, oh well, then last week I started talking to Stephen. Now, Stephen is MY BEST FRIEND!!! It is amazing; he always cracks me up and he tries his hardest to be there for me. I can tell him anything and I trust him SO much. I could never say that completely for Gavin without hesitating. So, I guess this better. Whenever I give Stephen hugs he goes, hi buddy. It makes me smile. (: I text him not stop, so if I'm texting... he is probably in the list!!!



And I don't know what else to put, oh for the family who's wondering about my dancing, EVERYDAY at least one girl and officer comment on how good my right splits are getting and how PERFECT my left ones are. OH YEAH!! ((:



AND... I'm doing SWELL athletic wise. And I REALLY LIKE MATH!!! SHOCK... My class is amazing (I have Brandon, Morgan, Sarabeth, Amanda, Kaylee, Daniel and Gracin to keep me company) and I love Ms. Ambro to death!!! It is great(: Anyways, I'm a busy child. (: BYE ILY

FUTBOL <33 ((:

Hi hi. I just got back from a game. It was so so so much fun. I hung out with my girlies and saw a whole bunch of people that I miss. I saw Alex Rak and I haven't forever but he was way cooler then I gave him credit for. I also saw a lot of other people. Two people got hurt... one from their team and one from ours. Trevor Newell got hurt on our team. He got back up though. I don't know if he is okay though. I also saw JERELLLL like a million times. Everytime I gave him a hug and even a high five through the gate thing. It was hilarious. We were being so so crazy!! We did the "Give me one, give me two, give me three, break it down now, WHAT??!!?!" thingy ma bob. I cracked everyone up when they went WHAT and thirty seconds later I said it. We did our novelty dance [bend and snap] and we did really good and we only had two days to practice!!! WOOT WOOT. Tomorrow is NJHS thing. Wish me luck.

My best friend... one of the many... keeps texting me and telling me how sweet I am... and how happy he is that we are friends... He makes me laugh... and smile... I even call him Bubba(: I love that kid((: Jerel is greaaattttt!! Who else? Oh and Mallory... If you haven't heard about her... You are missing out!!! That girl is hilarious. She always makes me laugh no matter what. She is pretty freaking AMAZING and is always there for me... She always makes me feel better about myself even if I don't listen to her((: Gavin: has been my best friend since 6Th grade and I love that kid more then... a lot of things... We've grown apart but I still trust him and would do anything for him... even if he makes me mad... I've tried being mad at him but it doesn't last longer then two days. I couldn't go through middle school without him... Alex: Dude... this girl gets hurt so much... but she can always scream "OMG LEXI!!! I MISSED YOU!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!??" and she probably saw me the last five minute break... She is seriously my long lost sistahh... I mean it is Alexandria Nicole and Alexandra Nicole AND our birthdays are three days apart((: can make me laugh and has been there through the thick and thin. Kara: Oh baby... So many inside jokes, so many late nights, GAVIN BEAR!!! Loll... long story... don't ask... She is in my drill team class... and know when to make the boringest days... my most exciting... she's there when I cry, laugh, and whine.... Sidney: She just moved to Garland and it has been one of the toughest experiences ever... She made signs, wrote letters, and cheered me on. She was my first best friend in Rockwall... and I love that girl so much..

... On Wednesday I was in the homecoming pep rally. It was really fun. My baby cousin spent the night... Well... Sigh... Life is great...

Dance Dance Dance!

TODAY WAS WONDERFUL! We had the first game that drill has preformed at. We did pretty good if I do say so myself. I had so much fun. It was kind of sad but funny because one of my best friends tripped and fell during the dance. She was trying not to crack up in the middle of our Pom Routine. It was fun(: That's all I have to say... Oh actually... today I was a captain in Math for Jeopardy... and my team won((:

Time to post again. Well today school was cool I guess. It was the same like always, but it was still pretty good like always. Well I haven't posted since school started. But nothing as really changed. I love Spanish and all my other classes as well. I have first and last period with Brandon Klesmit, who happens to be the most amazing teenage boy I've ever met. He's so nice. I've known him since like the middle of last year. But everyday we become closer friends. He's actually my best guy friend. He's super sweet and he's not like the other guys. Ha ha. And actually today after math [7th period] he waited for me after class. I was shocked.

I've made a whole bunch of new friends. And became closer with people I've known since 6Th and 7Th grade. In drill team one of the officers looked at me during stretches and said "Lexi, your splits look REALLY good." She smiled and dropped into hers. That pushed me further so I tried harder with my splits, which made her smile. I'm really interested in school this year, more than usual. Which is good. I want to look in to collages. I know I'm in 8Th grade, but I want to know what my goals must be. Speaking of that... I got a note asking me to try for NJHS. WOO HOO GO LEXI((:

POSTING MORE THEN ONE BLOG-

HERO-
On my bus there's a 7Th grader who loves to pick. She decided it was my turn, so a few days ago she just felt like being rude on the bus and being mean to everyone around her that wasn't laughing with her. What I forgot to mention- she's supposed to be in 9Th grade. Weird huh? Well anyways... the next day she stood in the middle of the aisle talking to someone while we were loading the bus to come home. She said something to me and I didn't hear her so I POLITELY said "Excuse me?" And my little friend Niel, who's a 7Th grader said, "Sorry I think she had a girl moment." And she flipped out AND GRABBED his neck, he's the size of MICHAEL [my brother] and he's like my little brother. So my instincts kicked in. I grabbed her hand off of him and pushed him behind me. She went TO HIT ME and I stopped her so she cut my lip when her finger went out. But it's already gone. I told her there was no use in fighting and I wasn't mad at her. It felt good. I felt like I'd done my part.

Hey hey, last night was my birthday party. I had fun. I danced with my friends. I even danced with Landon kinda. My friends told me that it was really great. I was suprised how great it was. I got alot of money. Today Mommy took me shopping. I got a new and improved mp3, a new bag, gum, earphones, a wallet, and I bought mom lunch. With money left over. I'm uploading music. Sup, I'm really bored. I was just thinking. Like 3 hours ago my friend had me listen while he three wayd my other friend. They ended up talking about who he likes. Mikaela Pain and my name came up. Well, technically he didn't say it. She didn't know, but I did. This is a problem.. he's like my total best guy friend. I love him to death... but in the way I love Issac, Emylie, Claire, Michael, Andrew, the twins, Lizabeth and Mallory... Well life confuses the heck out of me... I don't know.

I really want to finish the last book of the Twilight series. I finished the third one in two days tops. Now that I'm at my moms, I have no time. I yi yi. I'm texting my little heart out and talking to my friends... Chilling with my peeps and my family... Not my fault I have a social life. I really got a chance to think today. I watched like 4,000 movies [[exaggeration if you didn't catch on.]] I thought alot on friends, family, and future relationships. My friend and I thought of something that really sounds like me...

I'm the type of girl who's obbsessed with her friends and phone. I love to shop. But when I'm around certain people I don't have the right feeling. I finally realized what it was... They were cursing, and laughing at jokes that my little ears should'nt listen to. And I'm the type of girl who without my Savior and family... I'd be nothing.

There's so much to say, but so little time. Sigh. Yeah well in a few days I'll be thirteen. It'll be a great. I've been thinking... What am I going to do? I'll be in eighth grade. Then ninth. After summer it'll be totally different. I'll be on the bottom floor at school. I'll still be shorter than more than three quarters of the school. But I'll also be in such a different place. I honestly don't know what to do. My friends are the best. They are such amazing people. So is my familia. But still. I'm totally scared. It'll be genuinely different. Ugh. Guys are still a pain in the neck. Lately my backs been hurting, my hair won't go the right way, my clothes are making my mad, my make up always looks retarded [[even if there's none on]], friends have been irritating here and there, and the guys WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO WITH THEM??


I'm really very mad. I was supposed to go to Utah, but it didn't work out that way. UGHH. Instead I have to just stay at home. I should be with my aunt or grandma at about this time. I shouldn't even be home until the eighth. But nothing ever works out in my favor it seems. ALSO MATT IS GETTING ON MY LAST NERVES!! HE NEVER KNOWS WHEN TO JUST CLOSE HIS TRAP. UGHHH.

I just got back from Missouri. It was a total awesome vacation. I saw my baby Sophie. She's totally full of personality. She's so cute. I love her. I also saw Evie, Katie, Jake, and Sam. Sam had his moods, but he was still a blast. He's hilarious. Katie and I got along so well it was great I had so much fun. Jake never looks diff. Evie gave us window art. Loll. I love her monkey noise. OH OH AH AH. Marla was a blast. She's so cute. I know I shouldn't say that about her since she's my aunt and all... but she is. She's awesome.

I went to a blueberry farm. I met a boy.. No need to say more.

Life's great. I've been so happy lately. It's a wonderful mood. I lovee lovee lovee it. I can't wait until my Mommy's (LISAAAAA) birthday. I love that woman. She taught me so much.

She doesn't know how lucky I am. You don't get lucky until you have my family. My aunts, grandparents, uncles, cousins, sisters and brothers, parents, Ken, everyone. I'm glad I have the people I do. (((:

Okay I'll post. I'm at my Nana's.

I gave a talk in church. My favorite 17 year old came to my church to see me talk. I was really nervous.. and I never get nervous! I mean I'm a cheerleader and dancer.. No time to get nervous. On Monday I guess.. We are going to go to MISSOURI!! I get to see the Arnold's I believe.. And also my grandparents. I can't wait! I'll post another blog in a minute with pictures. It'll be krunktastic ((: I miss my family.

Babies are about 1/4 of my life. I love my baby sisters so freaking much. While I'm over there I basically own one and when I'm anywhere else I talk about them constantly. They remind me of me. They always try to talk, walk, and sit up. They are so cute. My other favorite baby would HAVE to be Avery Grace (my cousin). She can say some words, she walks, and she dances, she loves to talk. OH and she loves the cell phones. Just like me. OOH BOY OOH BOY. I also love all my other cousins. But they are all so big. I miss my baby Sophie a lot...

Another fourth of my life goes to dancing. I dance everywhere!! All the time. Actually I should say dancing is my life.. But I won't. I loveee sports too. Basketball please (((: I have a really mean catch ((: It's pretty awesome. WOOT WOOT. Probably the athleticness comes from Marla, Max, and the dancing and cheering comes from Rissa, Tab, and Mark. Loll.

The other other fourth is family and friends. My friends get pretty much my full attention. Except occasionally when I slip out and go to Nana's or Dad's or Tab's. Yeah yeah pretty much ((: With my friends.. I watch movies, go shopping (okay I always shop so sue me) With family.. I do alot. I won't name it all. By the way I have half and half friends (that means alot of boys) loll. So dad you might want to watch out. Yep yep yep yep (:

The last fourth goes to church, education, and entertainment. I loved church camp. And giving a talk. And my church friends and teachers. I have my own little world of peace while I'm there. It's a totally amazing feeling. (: So I'll just have to go whenever I can. I'm reading a book for school. OH how much I love it. It's really good. It caught my attention! It's so small though. Oh darn. I'll have to see if there is a second one. Entertainment wise... I listen to alot of music. Mainly my cinderella story soundtrack, Avril Lavigne and JONAS BROTHERS! I love them!

Okay so I'm just sitting here in my daddy's room with Janika and Emylie and the lil twins. Amelia is growling. It's quite funny (: So Janika wants me to update my blog.
